(as I was uploading this pic, i saw a centipede run across my dining room floor. first one since i bought this house almost a year and a half ago. i hope its the last)
Tuesday Ian and i went to the Brewer game and saw the Fonze throw out the first pitch. He was there, with the most of the rest of the cast, and lavern and shirley. We even got free Fonze baseball cards. Sadly, the brewers lost to the Astros. Just like the last time the Astros were in town and I went to the second game of the series. I went to get nachos and the Astros scored three, also just like the last time. Either I am never going to a second game of an Astros series at Miller Park, or I am just not leaving my seats ever to get nachos at such a game.
Henry Winkler was in town because we got a "bronze fonze" statue along the riverwalk.
It was kind of controversial because the pretentious folk in the city wanted something more artsy. but whatever, we are milwaukee. and fonzie is pretty rad. we should be proud of that.
